How to do it

  1. 1Adjust the bench to a 45-degree incline.
  2. 2Attach the cable handles to the high pulleys.
  3. 3Sit on the bench facing the cable machine with your feet flat on the ground.
  4. 4Grasp the handles with an overhand grip and bring them to shoulder height.
  5. 5Push the handles forward and upward until your arms are fully extended.
  6. 6Pause for a moment, then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
  7. 7Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
